Well, I've got lots of WIP's going on here.
Some I've started in the last few days.
Others I've just put off finishing for one reason or another and what better time to pull them out and make myself finish than a cool, rainy afternoon on a WIP Wednesday!
Oh, it's cool enough to wear jeans here today and that's a great thing!
The binding just went on this cute little project made with Boo Crew fabrics.
I love Boo Crew!!!
My friend Jen showed this project on her blog a few weeks ago and it was one I couldn't pass up.
Just adorable!
Thanks Jen!!
My plan is to hand sew the binding on ASAP so I can put it out for Halloween.
Also on my mind, is getting the binding on my Gentle Art quilt.
Yes, you've seen this before.
Last week I was trying to square up the quilt and it wasn't going well.
It's just a bit off on one side, but I was starting to cut off more than I probably should, so before the whole quilt disappeared, I decided to put it away and get a fresh start another day.
It's essentially squares, right? How could it be off?
Grrrrr........
Maybe today I can get over it not being perfectly square........
I need to label some sewing bins too.
This will probably take all of a half hour once I get started on it.
For some reason I'm just not starting.
I figured if I wrote about it here I'd be motivated to start and finish it soon, since surely someone will ask me if I got it done.
Please ask.
I won't even mention how long it's been on my list.
Too embarrassing.
And finally something fresh, new, and hot off the presses......
Clover!
One of the newest Schnibbles patterns!
By Carrie, of course :-)
I'll bet you can't guess what fabric line I'm using.
I've got my fabrics picked out and arranged on the floor.
I'm just glancing at them as I pass by to see if I'm still good with my choices, then I'll start cutting.
Yesterday I had a little help deciding on fabrics for the blocks and today it's just a matter of being sure.
Do you wait awhile before you start cutting to be sure you're ready, or do you just dig in and go for it?
Looks like I've got a lot to get to this afternoon before I have to run over to the junior high.
I'm linking up with Lee over at Freshly Pieced on this WIP Wednesday.
And Show and Tell Tuesday.....a day late......at Fresh Squeezed Fabrics too.
Oh, I've linked up with Freemotion by the River also.
Lots of parties going on!

Everything looks so pretty and inspiring! :0)
I also love Boo Crew. I have a WIP out it also. Hope you finish a lot today. Your projects are great!
I also love Miss Rosie´s..i looked for this pattern on Fat Quater Shop ...and decided to order her book! ;)
You have nice projects !
Hi, Michele! Why is starting so hard? I have the same problem, but once I start, everything is fine. My LQS has Boo Crew right up by the register and I love it. I don't need it, but I want it all anyway. I love those little spiders, even though they look like ticks.
Oh....I've been so admiring Boo Crew! I will have to run and get some before it's gone...and it's all your fault, Michele (wink)!
Cheers!
Holy schmoly.........I saw your profile pic on another blog. Clicked on it: IT'S A SPRINGER!!! We rescue and foster springers. We have 3 now. And I quilt too. How cool is that? Your quilts are gorgeous!!!!!!!!
Such gorgeous projects! I started working on clover last night. So far, I'm liking it. :-)
Ooohhh... I am loving that Baker's twine. Still working on ways to use it.
I love the boo crew line as well. I made pillow with it too!
What a busy time you have been having. Good luck with the organising and squaring up the quilt. Sometimes you just have to back away for the day.
Oooh so many pretty projects. I love the boo crew too, so much so I bought a couple of fat quarters from the line. Labeling quilt bins with the twine, so pretty, now you'll have to show it when it's finished!
Oh! I can't wait to see your Boo Crew mini project all finished! So tell me. What are you doing with all that pretty twine and where did you get it? I just want some because of the colors. :)
And I wanted to say that I wanted to do Clover this month but I can see I won't have the time. :( But I will get the pattern and work on it over the Winter because I really do like the pattern.
I love Boo Crew -- I have a mini charm pack waiting for a mini project -- maybe next year? Your tags are going to be very cute.
I've got some Boo Crew patiently waiting - unfortunately it won't be finished for this Halloween anyway. Can't wait to see your tags.
And squaring up a quilt? Mine are NEVER square. And I just don't care - I'm not square, either! :)
I NEVER just jump in, I mull over my fabric choices for days, sometimes weeks, sometimes months! Love what you're thinking of doing with Clover, I hope I get to that project before the month is gone!
Boo Crew is a great fabric line. I've been reading through your recent blog posts.......so many beautiful and inspiring projects!
I love Boo Crew also and have some of it! Fun projects! Thanks for sharing.
Freemotion by the River Linky Party Tuesday
oooo!!! What fun fabric for the binding of that naughty unsquare quilt. :) Did you get it to behave? Weird how that can happen.
I am so anxious to see your Gentle Art quilt. It's going to be just fine! Just breath!!! I love your idea for labeling your bins. I hope you show us the finished chore! Not to put pressure on you though! lol
